A group event invitation that scales with your guest list

Whether you are inviting ten people or five hundred, the workflow is the same, one link, one dashboard, every reply tracked.

Group event invitations have a coordination problem: more guests means more channels, more reminders, more "did you reply yet?" texts. A shareable link with a built-in RSVP tracker solves that, because every reply lands in the same place regardless of how the guest received the link.

Invitify treats group events as the default case, not a special tier. Templates are designed to look great whether 8 people or 800 are RSVPing. The RSVP tracker handles either volume without any change to how you use it.

Why a shared link works better than mass email

Mass email is brittle for group invitations. Some addresses bounce, some land in promotions tabs, replies fork into individual threads, and you end up tallying responses across an inbox.

A shared link sidesteps all of it. You send the link once, in whatever channel reaches the most people, and the channel handles delivery in its own way, push notification in WhatsApp, inbox in Gmail, feed in Slack. Wherever it lands, clicking it opens the same invitation page, and replying lands in the same dashboard.

For very large groups, the secondary-share effect kicks in. Group members forward the link to invitees you might not have direct contact info for. Each forward leads to a properly-recorded RSVP, instead of a missing email address blocking the reply.
