QR code invitations that bridge paper and digital cleanly
Print a QR code on save-the-date cards or signage; guests scan, see the full digital invitation, RSVP.
A QR code on a printed invitation or event sign is the easiest bridge to a digital RSVP system. Guests scan, the full invitation page opens, they reply in seconds.
Invitify gives every published invitation a QR code automatically. Download it, print it on a card or sign, and the rest of the flow handles itself.
When a QR code on an invitation makes sense
A QR code is most useful when the invitation also exists on paper. Save-the-dates, magnetic cards, table signs, weekend itineraries handed out at check-in, all benefit from a scannable shortcut.
For fully digital invitations sent in WhatsApp or email, the QR code is unnecessary. The link itself does the job.
For a hybrid flow, print the QR code in a clear contrast (dark code on light background) at least 1 inch square. Guests scan with their phone camera, the invitation opens in their browser.
